Tour Itinerary

St Nonnas Church

We start at the iconic St Nonnas Church in Launceston. A historic location that boasts stunning architecture and a tranquil atmosphere. The church was used in filming the jilted wedding of the Doc and of course happily his marriage to Louisa.

Port Gaverne

From St Nonnas we make our way across one of the most amazing roads in Cornwall and across Bodmin Moor. We make our way across the countryside to the charming fishing village of Port Gaverne, a picturesque location so don’t forget your cameras.

Port Isaac

Next, we’ll visit Port Isaac, which served as the setting for Port Gwenn, visiting Fern Cottage recognised as Doc Martins surgery. The pub on the slipway is a good place to rest our feet for lunch. Then making our way back up the hill to catch a glimpse of the Old School and cafĂ© used in filming.

Port Quinn

Our tour will then take us to the stunning Port Quinn, a tiny picturesque location known for its beautiful views. Here, we’ll have the opportunity to make the walk up to Doydens Castle and marvel at the uninterrupted coastline views, no wonder Samuel Symons wanted this compact castle to entertain his guests.

Padstow

Time dependant we finish our tour at the charming and popular village of Padstow, where you will be dropped for a short walk around the harbour and shops.

We aim to have you back to your accommodation by 5pm.
