Tour Itinerary

Pick up from accommodation 9am

Pendennis Castle

Our first stop on our River Fal Tour is Pendennis Castle, an impressive fortress built by Henry VIII. Please note, entrance to the castle is not included in the tour, and it is managed by English Heritage.

Pandora Inn – Restronguet Creek

Next, a coffee stop at the historic Pandora Inn. The Pandora dates back to the 13th century and offers stunning views of Restronguet Creek. To tell the truth, we could sit here for days and discuss the fascinating history.

St Just In Roseland

Afterwards, we’ll cross the King Harry Ferry and head to St Just In Roseland to visit the 550 AD church site and its beautiful grounds. The feeling you get here truly is second to none. Peace and tranquillity awaits you here at this amazing site.

St Mawes

Next, lunch at the picturesque fishing village of St Mawes on the Roseland Peninsula, where we’ll have plenty of options to choose from including Mr Scorce Crab Sandwiches.

St Anthony Light

Our final stop is St Anthony Lighthouse, which has been guiding ships away from the dangerous Manacles for over 180 years. Notely, there is a steep walk down to the lighthouse, but the views from above are just as beautiful. Let us know if you would prefer to skip the descent.

Towan Beach Portscatho

We finish our day with a relaxing walk to Towan Beach at Porth, one of the best the South coast has to offer.

We’ll leave Towan Beach to get you back to your accommodation at approximately 5 pm.
