Join us on a Fowey River tour from moorland to sea and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and rich history of this stunning region of Cornwall. Our tour will take you on a journey through some of the most iconic landmarks in the area.

Pick up from accommodation 9am
Jamaica Inn
We start with a morning coffee at The Jamaica Inn situated in Bolventor, an 18th Century inn with a fascinating past. Either smuggling or authors, there is a wealth of history to chose from at this famous inn.
Next, we’ll take you to Golitha Falls, a stunning ancient woodland and nature reserve where you can witness the cascading River Fowey and its thriving wildlife. Be sure to bring your camera! Inkies Smokehouse is open Wednesday to Sunday.
Lostwithiel
Afterwards, we’ll head to Lostwithiel, once the capital of Cornwall, where you can explore its tin mining past and Tudor Bridge and a Nellys Pasty if Inkies is shut.
Golant
We make a quick detour on our way to Fowey Harbour at the tiny village of Golant for a quick photo of the beautiful River Fowey
Fowey Harbour
Our last stop is Fowey Harbour, a charming town with narrow streets and historic buildings. Take a leisurely tour and explore on your own before we depart, getting you home at approximately 5 pm.
